SAMSUNG is a south korean multinational conglomerate company headquarters in Samsung Town,Seoul.It is founded by Lee byung-chul in 1938.Over the next three decades, the group diversified into areas including food processing, textiles, insurance, securities and retail.

4. Company spend $14 billion in Research and development (R & D) in just 2014 alone. The other interesting thing is S in Galaxy S series stands for Super smart.
5. In 1995, Samsung invested $2 million in a clothing brand FUBU.

There is also a chemical branch, Samsung Petrochemicals, Samsung BP chemicals

Samsung also has a Hotel and Resort Business, Medical Centre, Economics Research Institute, Life and Welfare Foundation. Company is also Making Cars for 20 years.The list goes on and on and on.

Samsung run the biggest theme park in korea including zoo and various other crazy things

At the End of every year year, Samsung donates $100 million to the non-profitable medical institution and Research centre. Several Hospitals and medicals Research Facilities are included in that.
